Who we are
PicturePower is an independent, professional digital event photography and creative agency, based in York and owned and operated by Tim and Catherine Moat.
We specialise in indoor and outdoor event photography: charity balls, school proms, black tie events, themed parties, awards ceremonies, sports tournaments, club events and competitions. We also cover a wide range of corporate events, such as conferences, launches and team building days.
We are also designers, specialising in publications and we're proud to say that many examples of our work have collected prestigious awards over the years. Clients include the public and private sector, as well as schools, education consultancies and the NHS.
As an independent, local company, we aim to provide a reliable and friendly, high quality service, fully tailored to your requirements.
Tim has a wealth of experience of event, sport, commercial and news photography. He is also a Fellow of the British Association of Communicators in Business for his work on a variety of communications projects. Check out our separate design websites here:
Catherine’s background is in marketing and communications within the software industry, leisure and local government.
