What types of event do you cover?

We’ll take on the challenge of any event, social or sport, indoor or outdoor:

School Proms, Charity Balls, Black Tie, Dinner Dances, Themed Parties, PTA Balls, Annual Dinners, Conference Dinners, Awards Ceremonies, Launch Parties, Tournaments and Competitions, Local Derbies, Club Events, Regattas, Gymkhanas...

If your event isn’t included in this list, please let us know!

How much space do you need?   

For an indoor event, we will need an area of approximately 15x 15’ (4.5x4.5m) to set up the mobile studio. This gives us enough space to photograph groups, as well as couples and individuals. Please also allow some extra space for people to stand while waiting to be photographed and for the viewing monitor and printing equipment (these are very compact).

For an outdoor event, we will need a prominent area in which to set up the viewing and printing equipment, with space for people to view the photographs.

What other requirements do you have?

We need access to mains electricity (a standard outlet with two sockets).

What quality are the photographs?   

The photographs are printed on a top quality dye-sublimation event printer which produces completely photo-realistic prints with a UV protective high gloss laminate. They are high quality, high gloss and durable.

How many photographs can you produce?

We can deliver as many photographs as you require. A fully finished 9x 6” print can be produced in less than a minute and we can print up to 270 photographs before we need to change cartridges. And we always carry a spare!

Can I pre-order photographs?

Yes. Simply let us know how many people are attending and we will give you a fixed price for that number of photos.

Are you insured?   

Yes, we're a professional event photography business and we take things seriously (although we have fun sometimes!). We carry £2,000,000 public liability insurance and £25,000 professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
